- Chart storage and sharing features
- API access for developers
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- One person may not maintain multiple free accounts
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Free Tier
Basic chart calculations are available for free with usage limits.
4.2 Pro Subscription
- Pro features require a paid subscription
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
4.3 Refunds
We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
5. API Usage
- API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier
- API keys must be kept confidential; do not share them publicly
- Automated abuse or excessive requests may result in temporary or permanent suspension
- You may not resell API access without written permission
6. Acceptable Use

- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Harass or abuse other users
- Scrape or harvest data without permission
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

7. Intellectual Property
- CelestialDB and its original content are owned by us
- You retain ownership of your chart data and content you create
- You grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the Service
- Our trademarks and branding may not be used without permission
8. User Content and Sharing
- Charts you create are private by default
- You may choose to make charts public or share them via link
- You are responsible for any content you share publicly
- We may remove content that violates these terms

CelestialDB is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. Astrological interpretations should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters. We make no claims about the accuracy or predictive power of astrological readings.
10. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
11. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
